Challenge & Response
The Request
The production “Prefiero ser Evita” needed an identity that would merge multiple layers: history, activism, feminism, the Peronist legacy, Argentine culture, and a bold political-pop aesthetic. The aim was to create a visual emblem with emotional and symbolic impact, to be used across the documentary and future editorial or merchandising applications.
The Solution
The identity reimagines the Sun of May as both witness and protagonist, centered above a bold, uncompromising type treatment of the phrase “Prefiero ser Evita.” The juxtaposition of the golden sun and solid black letters creates a striking contrast—both solemn and rebellious. The visual composition is minimal but loaded with meaning, designed to work across titles, posters, credits, and animated graphics.
