Challenge & Response
The Request
The client needed a logo for a milonga based in the U.S.—a tango dance event that aimed to attract both the Latin community and local audiences interested in Argentine culture. The brand had to express authenticity, sophistication, and the energy of the dance.
The Solution
We created a logo centered around the iconic bandoneón, a symbol deeply tied to tango, combined with a custom ornamental typeface inspired by Buenos Aires’ fileteado style.
The bold red of the bellows evokes passion and rhythm, while the deep black and decorative lettering add a sense of elegance and tradition. The logo was designed to be flexible across different formats—from signage and print materials to social media and event decor.
